Titanum Pedals

Clipless. 3D Printed Titanium. Aerospace Inspired.

Clipless Pedals

Many mountain bikers and road cyclists alike recognize the advantages of clipless pedals. Typical clipless pedals are designed specifically for either mountain or road bike usage. Both, these cycling disciplines require distinct features with key differences in focus and function, so so-called 2-in-1 pedals always had compromises. Until now…

Titanum’s patent pending Blattfeder technology makes MyTi clipless pedals 100% optimized for BOTH mountain and road bikes, and even track, BMX and other types of cycling.

3D Printed Titanium

Titanum pedal bodies are 3D printed with Cold Metal Fusion (CMF), a process patented by Headmade Materials, for fewer parts and failure points, which results in less weight yet increased strength.

MyTi clipless pedals might just be the first high volume production 3D printed titanium consumer product, made possible by our production partner Element22 GmbH in Kiel, Germany, through their patented, cutting edge sinter-based Additive Manufacturing processes.

Element22 is a global industry leader in sinter-based Metal Injection Molding (MIM) and 3D printing of various titanium parts for aerospace, medical and other industries.
